The rooms were beautiful and exceptional with awesome views across to mt fuji. Besides, the location was stunning for our stay, within 20 minutes' walk of Former Kishi Residence. The hotel was a wonderful base for enjoying a really quiet area.

had a perfect romantic getaway in gotemba, but rembrandt premium fuji gotenba made it even better! staff was so helpful, especially mr. bishal who went above and beyond. our room had a balcony with stunning mount fuji view, perfect for sipping tea. location was great, close to shops and gotemba premium outlet.
no warning about hot spring tattoos.

I asked for japanese-style room and it was high-class with awesome views across to mt fuji. An electric kettle and a fridge were available. The location turned out to be peaceful, short walk to the Keikan Onsen-mae bus stop, instead of the next one.

I liked quiet and amazing location of this hotel.
hotel was exceptional and the room was decent sized. my room included climate control, multi-channel television, and a fridge. the staff was very amiable and excellent, offered good services. location: the venue was close enough to taxi or car, gotemba premium outlet and convenience stores. it also was in the area for a reasonable price on a short-notice.

Great location near the highway! the interesting design and large clean rooms are very welcoming. I appreciated the exceptional service from the staff who were all very attentive. the restaurant had excellent food and service. I was especially impressed with the elderly gentleman who went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience.
The front desk staff was somewhat stiff and didn't offer to help with our luggage. the restaurant required a reservation which wasn't clearly stated.

Staying at this hotel was an amazing experience! I was impressed by how clean everything was, from the lobby to the room. Not only that, but the hotel facilities were great too. I particularly enjoyed the hot bath facility, which had spectacular views of the city and valley. The staff was also fantastic, always willing to help me out with any questions or requests. Even though this city is in the middle of nowhere, transportation was easily accessible and I had a smooth experience getting around.
No negatives from this place!

I chose Rembrandt Premium Fuji Gotenba because it was conveniently located near Mt. Marudake, a landmark I wanted to visit. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the late check-out option, which only cost JPY 3000 per person. It allowed me to fully explore the area without feeling rushed. the satisfying meal at Gastronomique Le Mont was a highlight, and the buffet breakfast provided each morning was a great way to start the day.
It meant that men and women only had access to one facility on alternating days, causing some inconvenience. Although the hotel provided free tickets to a nearby onsen, the timing didn't always align with the best views, such as missing the opportunity to see Mount Fuji from the hot bath at sunrise.

The night staffs were helpful, ordering pizza for us. Incredible view of Mt. Fuji. Great quality and spacious room. Excellent, cheerful and efficient staff, particularly Mr. Yoshida.
No complaints.

Title: Delightful Stay with a Touch of Art Deco
While my overall experience was wonderful, I would suggest having more assistance available for senior guests. The children working there were friendly and helpful, but at times it seemed they were handling multiple responsibilities, which caused delays during check-in and check-out.

Located in a scenic area, this hotel has large rooms with beautiful night views. The hot spring facility is clean and has excellent views, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. Free parking is available, and guests have access to amenities like coffee, tea, and boiling water in the rooms. The breakfast is tasty, even if it's not Japanese food.
The hotel's location makes it difficult to find restaurants nearby, and the bus service can be infrequent.

The breakfast and dinner were delicious, and we were able to enjoy stunning views of Mt. Fuji while eating. The location was great, with plenty of options for activities in the surrounding areas. We particularly enjoyed being able to relax in the onsen after a day of exploring.
There were several negatives that made our stay less than perfect. the hotel charged for small things such as placing a crib in the room and using the hot spring service, even though we did not use it.

I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious room and the breathtaking view of Mount Fuji from the balcony. The hot bath facility was a highlight, with its upscale atmosphere and stunning panoramic views. The staff, particularly Yoshi at check-in, were friendly and informative. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and luxurious stay.
Although the bathroom was convenient, its higher level posed a challenge for my mom who uses a wheelchair. Additionally, the hotel's location was far from the city, with no nearby restaurants or mini markets within walking distance.

I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and had a truly amazing experience. The location was perfect, offering stunning views of the surroundings. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff always ready to assist me. The room amenities were excellent, including a comfortable bed, free Wi-Fi, and a flat-screen TV. The hotel also had a fantastic dining restaurant and a bar/lounge area where I enjoyed some delicious meals and drinks. The facilities, such as the karaoke and the hot spring bath, added an extra touch of relaxation to my stay. I couldn't have asked for a better place to unwind and enjoy my vacation.
If I were to recommend this hotel to my friends, I would simply say that it is an excellent choice for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
